How can I place an order?
When placing an order with us, the process is simple and efficient. All you need to do is send us a shipment instruction email containing the supplier details, preferred shipping mode, and delivery address. Once we receive this information, we will promptly contact the supplier directly to initiate transportation of your order.
What’s the payment term?
As part of our standard procedure, we kindly request payment before the shipment reaches its final destination. This requirement is in place to ensure a smooth and efficient process for all parties involved. Once the payment is received, we will proceed with releasing the Bill of Lading (BL) telex to facilitate the delivery of your goods.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times from China to Europe vary based on the mode of transportation:
– Air freight: 5-10 days.
– Railway freight: 32-45 days.
– Sea freight: 50-65 days.
It’s door-to-door transportation time, inclucing the pickup, port to port transpotation, the delivery to the destination and all the paperworks.
